1. Operator. The game Boombex is operated by Lux promo, s.r.o., company ID (IČO) 24190764, tax ID (DIČ) CZ24190764, registered office Čapkova 1691/1, 251 01 Říčany, Czech Republic, entered in the commercial register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, file number C 187841 (the “Operator”). The Operator is not a VAT payer. Contact: info@boombex.com.
2. Subject. Boombex is a free-to-play multiplayer online game. For a fee, players can obtain in-game bonuses (Bboxes) and, with them, virtual items (skins, flames, auras, maps, atomic bombs).
3. Registration and account. You may register if you are at least 16 years old, or younger with the permission of your legal guardian. You provide a valid e-mail address, choose a nickname and a password, and keep the password safe. You are responsible for all activity under your account. One player may hold one account; logging in to the same account on a second device ends the session on the first. A nickname must not be vulgar, offensive, confusable with another player or a bot, or imitate the Operator (for example “admin”).
4. Rules of conduct. It is forbidden to cheat (modifying the client, exploiting bugs, using automation), to impersonate others, to insult, threaten or spam, and to post vulgar, hateful or unlawful content in the chat. The chat uses an automatic filter for inappropriate words, which has no legal effect on players. For breaches the Operator may warn you, restrict your chat, suspend or delete your account.
5. Bboxes and virtual items. Bboxes and virtual items are not money or electronic money, have no monetary value and cannot be paid out, exchanged for money or transferred to another account. The player only receives a non-transferable right to use them in the game. Bboxes can be earned by playing or bought; purchased Bboxes can be used immediately once credited. Prices of the packs are shown in the purchase window in euros (EUR) and are final (the Operator is not a VAT payer). If an account is deleted for breaching the rules, Bboxes and items expire without compensation. If the Operator ends the game, it will announce this at least 14 days in advance and will refund unused purchased Bboxes pro rata on request.
6. Payments. Payments are processed through the [FILL IN: payment gateway name] payment gateway and can be made from anywhere in the world. Card details are entered on the gateway’s pages; the Operator does not receive them. After payment is confirmed, Bboxes are credited to the account automatically. A payment confirmation is sent by e-mail.
7. Withdrawal. A consumer has, in general, the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason. For digital content supplied immediately, such as Bboxes, this right is lost if, before the purchase, the consumer expressly agrees to performance before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledges that they thereby lose the right of withdrawal. The player gives this consent by ticking the box in the purchase window; without it Bboxes cannot be bought. The consumer’s statutory rights in case of defective performance are not affected.
8. Complaints. Rights arising from defective performance remain in place. A defect is in particular Bboxes not credited after payment, credited in a different amount than ordered, or a payment charged more than once. Send the complaint by e-mail to info@boombex.com stating your nickname, the e-mail address used at registration, and the date and time of the disputed payment; we recommend adding a description of the defect and the payment confirmation. The Operator will confirm receipt and handle the complaint without undue delay, at the latest within 30 days. The defect will be remedied by crediting the missing Bboxes or, if that is not possible, by refunding the amount paid.
9. Liability. The game is provided as is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation; the Operator may modify the game, carry out maintenance and restrict features. The Operator’s liability is limited to the extent permitted by law; liability that cannot be excluded (in particular for intentional acts) is not limited.
10. Account termination. You may ask for your account to be deleted at any time by e-mail to info@boombex.com. Deletion removes statistics, Bboxes and items; documents that must be kept by law remain (see Part B).
11. Changes. The Operator may change these terms. Changes will be announced in the game or by e-mail at least 7 days before they take effect. A player who disagrees may delete the account.
12. Governing law and disputes. The legal relationship is governed by the law of the Czech Republic; a consumer does not lose the protection granted by mandatory provisions of the country of their habitual residence. A consumer may contact the Operator or the out-of-court dispute resolution body, which is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz).
13. Language versions. The terms are available in Czech, English and German. In case of conflict, the Czech version prevails.

Your nickname, rank and game statistics are publicly visible in the overall leaderboard and to other players in the game. The Operator does not obtain your card details; they are processed by the payment gateway provider [FILL IN: payment gateway name].
3. Recipients. Data is processed by our hosting provider with servers in the Czech Republic, Seonet Multimedia s.r.o. (operator of Gigaserver.cz), by Cloudflare, Inc. (security and content delivery, transfer of IP address and technical data) and by the payment gateway provider [FILL IN: payment gateway name]. We may also disclose data to public authorities where the law requires it.
4. Transfers outside the EU. Game servers are in the Czech Republic. Cloudflare may also process data in the United States on the basis of an adequacy decision (EU–US Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses.
5. Your rights. You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Exercise them by e-mail to info@boombex.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.gov.cz) or with the supervisory authority in your country.
6. Children. The game is intended for people aged 16 and over; younger players need the permission of a legal guardian. If we learn that a younger player created an account without permission, we may delete it.
7. Cookies and browser storage. We use no advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser stores only technical data needed for the game (login token, language, guest nickname, sound settings, list of muted players). Cloudflare may set technical cookies for security.
8. Security and automation. We protect data with technical and organisational measures. We do not carry out automated decision-making with legal effects; the filter for inappropriate words in chat and nicknames has no such effects.
9. Changes. We may update this policy; material changes will be announced in the game or by e-mail.
